Do I need both apps?
No — use either or both. Every plan includes one PC and one phone.
Can I share my plan?
No. You sign in to the apps with your account, and a plan works on one PC and one phone at a time. Plans that look shared are checked and can be turned off.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from your account’s Billing page — or from your PayPal account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get my money back?
Yes — ask within 3 days of a payment with the “Request a refund” button on your Billing page. See the refund policy.
Where do I get help?
Quick answers and a message form are on the Help page — we answer by email, usually within a day.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not right now — iPhones stop apps that run in the background, which the bot needs.
