Terms of service

These terms are between you and Twisted Studio ("we") for the Twisted Studio desktop app, the Twisted Mobile phone app (together, "the apps") and this website.

Your account

You need an account on this website to buy a plan. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens on your account.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through PayPal and renew automatically until you cancel. You can change plan or cancel at any time from your account’s Billing page or from your PayPal account; a cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid for. Prices can change, but a change never applies to a month you’ve already paid for, and we tell existing subscribers before it applies to them.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 3 days of a payment from your Billing page; after that, payments are not refunded (you can still cancel so you aren’t charged again). Details are in the refund policy. A refunded plan stops working.

What each app does

A plan includes the PC app (Windows) and the phone app (Android), but the two apps don’t have the same features. Some features — including recording, instant replay, Stage for OBS, music requests, several streams at once, VS auto-gift and the snipe bot — exist only in the PC app, on every plan. The features page lists which plan includes each feature and which app it works in.

Your license

Each plan is for your personal use: you sign in to the apps with your account, on the number of PCs and phones your plan shows. Don’t share your password or resell your plan; we may turn off plans that are shared or used to get around the plan limits.

Using the apps with MeetMe

The apps are independent. They are not made by, endorsed by or connected with MeetMe or The Meet Group. You use your own MeetMe account(s) with them and you are responsible for following MeetMe’s own terms and community rules. Features that act for you (bots, automatic gifts or hearts, moderation) do what you set them to do — use them responsibly.

Backups

Settings backups you make from the apps are stored on our server for your convenience. Keep your own copy of anything important — we can’t guarantee backups are never lost.

No warranty

The apps are provided "as is". MeetMe can change its service at any time, which may stop some features working until we update the apps. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, lost gifts/credits, or account actions taken by MeetMe.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we ask signed-in customers to accept important changes. Questions: support@twistedstudio.live.
