Refund policy

Changed your mind? Ask within 3 days of a payment and you get it back in full.

The short version

Within 3 days of any payment (first payment or a renewal, monthly or yearly): ask and it’s refunded in full.
After 3 days the payment can’t be refunded — but you can cancel any time, so you’re never charged again.
A refunded plan stops working in the apps within a few minutes.

Before you buy

Please check the features page — some features (recording, instant replay, Stage for OBS, music requests, several streams at once, VS auto-gift, snipe bot) are in the PC app only on every plan, so they won’t be on your phone even with Pro.

How to ask

Log in, open My account › Billing and press Request a refund next to the payment — it shows the last moment you can ask. Or write to support@twistedstudio.live from your account’s email within the 3 days. Refunds go back to your PayPal account (usually within minutes).

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account’s Billing page or from PayPal. Nothing more is charged, and the plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid for.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute — it’s quicker for you, and a reversed payment (chargeback) turns the plan off straight away.

This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
