Backing up and restoring your settings

Backups keep your bot, chat look, themes and tags safe on your account — great for a new PC or phone. Logins and passwords are never included.

• PC: 👤 Accounts › Backup › ☁️ Back up to my account. To restore: ☁️ Restore from my account… and pick one.
• Phone: ☰ › ☁️ Backup & restore › Back up to my account; restore with “Restore from my account…”.
• On the website, My account › Backups lists them all: download, rename, or 📌 pin one so it's never cleared out.

PC backups restore on a PC and phone backups on a phone. Saving a new backup needs an active plan; restoring works any time.
